Green Smoothy


This smoothy is high in B-VitaminsHigh in Omega-3, Protein, Fiber, Antioxidants, Calcium, Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, iron and so much more!




Don't be fooled by its appearance - Not only is it good for you! (and your waist line) it tastes great, very fruity and especially sweet. 



There are no exact amounts when making a Green smoothy, you just throw in what you have, with what you like with the greens of your choice! Simple!

Baby Spinach

Fresh strawberries
Frozen fruits (i have used passion fruit and banana)
Pre soaked Dates
Coconut oil
Chia Seeds
Water Kefir
Water


Throw it all together blend until smooth and serve.




Not only do I love these, but so do my family! Especially my toddler...
